Life hacks 101

Life hacks 101.

  1. You do not need life hacks. Use your head and figure your life out.
  2. Adulting is a thing you do when you realize your life is yours. I wish it meant you were grown up and wise, it doesn’t!
  3. Maturity is an act of self will and something that must be instilled into you like a  download for a new operating system. One who is mature turns away from childish thoughts and ideas, FINALLY knowing better!
  4. Almost no one has reached maturity that is running our government! Or….almost no one in charge of anything, is acting as a mature individual.
  5. Wisdom is an energy field that you can walk in and breath in and talk from and it will not lie to you. It is a pure field and most do not know about it because their field is not pure and most assuredly defiled.
  6. One can stand in righteousness and broadcast a righteous signal WITHOUT making your signal my signal, or my signal your signal. We can think for ourselves!
  7. One MUST think for themselves. What are you an empty shell?
  8. What you decide for you is your truth! Why would another truth be your truth? Though, It isn’t truth until it becomes your truth through discernment.
  9. Oh here’s one for ya! There is no God to save you from yourself or anything else for that matter. It’s a false story! The savior story is for the humans who won’t think for themselves and become as sheep needing to be led. And really sheep people be wary of who you make your shepherd! This world was never meant to be a sheep meadow but a wild world waiting to be discovered by all of the lone wolfs filled with what creation put in us. Don’t be sheep! Be a wolf!
  10. There is no model for you to follow unless you need one. But be careful if you need a role model or a life path to follow, because then you have put yourself under another’s control. Make sure their idea of controlling you is what you are asking for. Once the collar is around your throat, many people stop knowing or remembering it’s there, and others have to fight the rest of their life trying to get it back off again.
  11. This life is yours to live. If you find your self already a slave, then live in your head! Make your inside world into a fantasy if need be. Make it what you desire it to be, hold onto that vision, no one can stop you from visualizing a new life, so do it and watch what can happen when the power & potential of a human once truly activated, gets to work. Miracles baby!
  12. Really, I mean it!

What’s wrong with being middle aged

What’s wrong with being middle aged?

Who decided when that was anyway?

If I live to be 130 then I not even half way .

Who decided I couldn’t be middle aged?

When time is wasted on the young,

who just have words stuck on their tongue,

with no wisdom that is most hard won.

That’s stuff you learn when you are done

caring about fashion or what you weigh,

but tell anyone and they will laugh at what you say.

Seems our world is geared this way,

to hate the self you are in today

and look back in regret because you bought what “they” say.

I think I’ll stay in the middle way.

declaration

images-2.jpg

let’s make a declaration

let’s make a clarion call

let’s choose to listen to our voice

our wisdom great as their’s all

we each were born with power

it’s ours to use or lose

but why give away your birthright

why let someone else choose

so I stand on the side of the righteous

to lift their voices high

to stop the madness of those who guide us

away from our kingdom in the sky

so make your declaration

let your word become as gold

let it be your aspiration

go on just be bold!

Awareness in Relationship

images-2.jpgI am having many ah moments reading Paul Selig’s books. It has reignited in me what my last disappointment I thought put out. Part of my search lately is trying to rise above the ceiling I kept running into while looking for truth in the many spiritual systems I have studied. In Churches, yoga studios, meditation centers and all manner of self-help gurus the same ideas of a rise was in place but they were held back by a wall or door that only the special could pass.
But within every organization I saw very few who had actually walked through the door and down the path to enlightenment but rather many that were teachings the steps while holding collection plates. And this group was usually the elite, the VIPs, the ones holding the knowledge that if you got close enough you could get too. Or so you thought.
Until we do the work of monitoring our influences, the false teachings will surround us and the truth will elude us, and all for thinking someone more powerful or with greater wisdom needs to lead. Every teaching you stumble upon is designed to awaken you to yourself. But our matrix is well designed and all you see, is whatever wrong you thought was done to you, whatever unfair thing happened to you, or an all around what the hell is going on you’re just a victim here…, it doesn’t make any of your projections real.
The true teachers teach love. Love as a vibration, a frequency not a sugary feel good orgasmic experience. It is a living frequency, the all-encompassing creative thread holding everything together.
Redefine true love for yourself and you will find that it has been there the entire time. In the beauty of a sunrise, the smile of a baby, the laughter of children, the purr of your cat, the wag of your dog’s tail, the snow flake falling on your hand, the last-minute nudge to turn right rather than left, the frequency of love is everywhere. You exist in the frequency of love and it is always in communication with you.
When you are in a love relationship with someone and they need you to change in some specific way in order to continue the relationship, think hard on this moment. Love in it’s truest form is freedom. In love we are free to be who we are with the choice to change that at any given time based on new information, free will baby. Love in the form of control, (you must do this for me), makes sacrifice a requirement of love. In love there will be sacrifice but to force a sacrifice of character is to kill off self-identity. That is not love but control.
From Paul’s work, “But when someone else sacrifices their own identity or those things they require to make them feel true to themselves for the benefit of another, you are not supporting integrity in your relationship. Period.”
We are free! Be free. Word I am word.
I’m reading “The Book of Love and Creation”, start with “I am the Word” if you are not familiar with Paul Selig’s writings.

Whose voice is that?

images.png

Most of us would venture to say we are in control of our lives but truth be told everyone is held hostage by the voice in their head. Unknowing to them they are lead around like a dog on a leash to feel certain things when certain things are said, to react a certain way when certain things happen. We may have a great sense of justice constantly correcting ourselves or others, but the nagging interior voice may be completely different making you feel bad about everything you do or don’t do, say or don’t say.

Even the most assured person you see is dealing with a voice that is trying to mess them up, trip them up and lead them astray. We come onto the planet innocent little children but soon we are overwhelmed with the truth of our situation, and innocence disappears as survival becomes the game. The voice in our head can be helpful giving us the support we need in a tight spot, but left to its own devices that voice would rather chase you down the road to negativity-ville.  “Shut up and keep your head down”, it says.

I started my spiritual path when my life just became to hard to handle on my own. I needed more than that voice telling me I was never going to make it, or be it, I was doomed for failure. The voice changes tone and frequency depending on how well you feel or how much you are serving your false self. You know this one, dressed for work, the voice, “you wearing that?” You work hard for a meeting or project and that voice,”this is not going to work” The voice when not in check is certainly checking us.

I have grown weary of a voice in my head that just reappeared. It’s the voice of fear, the one that comes just as you are moving in a new direction, establishing new habits or growth of any kind. It’s the voice that says, “who do you think you are?” A long time friend that bitch voice, always talking in my ear sometimes in the voice of husbands, parents, sisters, brothers, that voice can be any bodies voice but it is going after me, making me feel bad. As if my dreams aren’t good enough to follow, like I don’t have something to say, like my opinion doesn’t matter, that I am no body going no where, who do you think you are…

In spirituality you learn that to be a follower is not the answer, it’s a stepping stone to help establish new habits but you must be in control of your own life. The voice in your head was put there as a support system, “you go girl” but some where along the line that voice lost itself and began taking over and becoming a vehicle the darkness can use on every one of us, because we all have that voice, we hear that voice, we listen to that voice inside of us.

Stop doing it! Take control of it! That is what meditation is all about, learning how to quiet that voice, taking back control of the thinking mind and making it your servant rather than your master. You can use breathe work and counting, or chanting, to help control your thoughts. Just focus on your inhale and exhale until the voice quiets or come up with a short phrase and say it over and over, especially loud when the negative voice is doing its work. Over time you can learn to control it. It’s worth it, that voice is not the boss of you! You are the boss of that voice! And as you grow in spiritual strength that voice becomes the still quiet voice that has been there all along.

Lift your head

images.jpeg

I see a lot of drop necks now, people staring at their device rather than heads up, eyes forward. Most young people will tell you looking down at their device rarely causes them to run into things, of course statistical odds haven’t caught up with most of them, yet. They don’t quite get what the big deal is anyway. They just don’t know what an evolutionary coup it was to get that frontal lobe. The ability to think and have complex thought, awesome and then boom, we forget the importance of the neck. The neck is where the nerves carrying the brains impulse signals move. Time spent bending the neck makes the communication bridge between the brain and the body divided and unable to move information.

What once was an ease of communication from your brain to the rest of your nervous system has become the playground for disregard. Go ahead bend your neck all day long it won’t matter! Yah it matters, it can cause your body skeletal issues from chronic neck pain to a possible hump on the back. Constantly change the position of a fixed flexible bone all the way through the brittle years of middle age and your posture will change, you will get shorter and your spine one day will be stooped. On top of what can happen physically the constant bent neck most certainly impedes signals produced in your brain to get where they need to go to keep your mental self in check.

Remember what happens when you put a rubber band around a finger, we use to do that as kids, cuts off circulation take off the band circulation restored. The same action is going on in the neck on a different scale, the constant bending the neck restricts nervous impulse from moving freely, this is minimal during regular neck use but think about it, your kid spends an hour on their phone, looking down, they walk the streets looking down, they sit on the bus, in the car, everywhere looking down. How is it that what took eons of evolutionary time, learning to look up and stand upright, allowing the light to stimulate the frontal lobe and the masters glands of the body, to allowing us to lose it by continually looking down? Are we really getting smarter with all this looking down or is it stealing our chance for experience and growth?

Are we slaves to our devices and are the masters pleased with their control?

Even if one argued that using intuition to see both up and out while looking down does make someone ahead of the game, it still leaves the disrupted signal dominant, you are not playing with a full deck. Once a nerve is pinched, or the original pathways moved, you are not the same and something has to compensate.

I think it might be time to think about why we are giving up the evolutionary advantage to looking up. Keep the neck free of kinks so that all information moving through the spine can be utilized. The communication highway through the neck is developed and moves through the physical but it also includes spiritual impulses as well. But what would be the point of having advanced spiritual thought if the vessel you are in is trapped in animalistic behavior because you chose to look down blocking off the frontal lobes ability to sense light and communicate with a higher vibration resonating in the universe. Your freewill determines what you voluntarily do, so look up more often than down, realize the evolutionary advantage to being the smartest in the room, don’t let those that benefit from our ignorance win.

let’s talk about unconditional love

images

There is a lot of “I love you” talk in spiritual circles. A lot of people feel the use of these 3 words can be uttered with little to no regard. Throwing around the phrase like pearls before swine. When we saw we love someone we better be saying it in the spirit it was meant.

Because if you cannot back up the phrase with the unconditional love you are exclaiming then maybe you need to reconsider the use of the phrase. We are so quick to use and reuse words until they lose their power and meaning, us pretending to be awakened when we say things without thinking. I think there is also a misconception that the world of God is a democracy. God is not asking you how you feel about certain things he/she desires, God is insisting on recognition that God is the creator of all.

Love thy neighbor as thyself, see God in everything and in every teaching. When we understand the power of these sayings we will surrender and love those around us as we are called on to do, and importantly, we will love ourselves. Love our neighbors as ourself was a directive of God’s.

Few of us love ourselves unconditionally. Do we think we are not heard by the still small voice we refuse to listen to? Every slanderous thought towards the self is a slanderous thought towards the creator who gave us the breath of life. Might want to check yourself. If God created you and gave you the breath of life then you can take that to mean you are loved by the creator who created you.

But as a whole we feel unloved, un-cherished, unseen by God. It is only because we choose to love that which is outside our self rather than searching within our own heart for the truth that resides in there. We can only know God when we turn within.

Meditation turns us in towards ourselves, so that we may revel in the gift of life that has been given to us by our creator. So that we may remember that there is a mysterious force animating our world and our being. Being grateful allows us to ride with this force not push against it. Unconditional love allows us to be healers of our own life.

When we feel grateful for our life and to the creator who created it, we change our perception of the world around us. When we have love for the creator who created us, we will stop killing the other creations God has made whether in thought, word or deed.

Having gratitude is the understanding of unconditional love. I was given breath and so were you and you and you, must be something creator wanted with us all. There is to much going on for us to think it a coincidence that we just happened upon the path of life. We are on a ride of life and the more grateful the better the ride.

We have to be grateful because we will never be able to fully understand the story of life. What looks horrible today maybe fine tomorrow. Look up at the night sky its filled with an infinite number of stars, this is a big, big world, in a big universe, inside another universe, moving towards and with other universes heading who knows where directed by who knows what.

Unconditional love and maintaining unconditional love towards life puts you on the river of life. Conditional love will push you under because judgement is heavy and heavy gets pushed down. Stop judging and start loving. Love is the force that will lighten your load, unconditional love will heal your heart.

Learn to love the way you truly desire to be loved. Allow everyone to be who they are so you may be who you truly are. Figure out that unconditional love is the game, all other games are being finished as it has been determined that love is the answer.

You yourself cannot be filled with love if you believe that anyone else cannot be loved by the force that is God. Unconditional love is the love of God. God is love. Period, end of sentence.

Let’s talk about empowerment, again and again

images-1

So much of what I deal with in my work is empowering a person. I do not empower a person through talk I empower them to see and activate their own power through wisdom. What good does it do me for you to feel powerful in front of me if when you get to where you need your own power, it’s not there. My words aren’t your words. You can go to a doctor and/or a shrink and feel good when you leave. You can be prescribed pills to help you get over the hump but if your backbone is not strong and able to lift tall buildings, then no one is doing their job!

The work of empowerment is teaching everyone that the power of the universe is sitting inside of you, yes you! It has been a great trick across time to allow humans to believe that someone knew more, could do more, or had more power than they had. Think on some religions, as an example, you ask for forgiveness for your sins from a human, or you look to a more worthy human to speak to God on your behalf.

As if God’s not going to be speaking to you on that matter later today, which means though you may give your power away to what you think is a higher authority but God is going to give you back the responsibility for what you did and said, it’s all you baby! The consequences will be yours, even if the priest gave you a hundred thousand Hail Mary’s to say. It will and always will be between you and God, no one else!

To accept the idea of empowerment is to understand you are alive and in charge of your self and your wellbeing. We study spiritual truths to know the real truth. Our lives become success as we empower ourselves to get to work and live the life we were meant to live. Why does everyone want to be a robot?

Spiritual work is to point your head up to where the power comes from. To worship money, fame, power and that stuff is your head pointed to the ground worshiping the dark. The Earth is now the dark’s playground. There is no other way to put the fact we are killing everything in order to get to have more. We are torturing animals for food, children for slaves and women have become garage cans expected to hold and process garbage, not even allowed identities or rights as a human. What is going on?

Sorry people, but it gets harder and harder to keep my mouth shut when I see nothing but oppression and greed and those I seek to empower cower rather than roar. So I need your help. I need each of you who to have truth and righteousness in you. And those who know to look up rather than down for guidance who know that there is a higher power to start speaking up. This power is waiting for you to get up and get your backbone involved in your life.

Start empowering your self with truth. Then empower everyone around you. Please!

If you have one of those mouths that is sarcastic, bitter, and pulls people down because you think its funny, what don’t you move on to Mars, I think they are looking for people like you.

Here on Earth we need the empowered, those who seek to uplift, to get busy. Let every word be uplifting we have enough of the other.

We are all God’s children, figure it out people, can’t you tell God is getting a little upset…

Life

Unknown-1

One of the biggest misconception in life is the idea that your life is your own and that you are actually in charge. We are very egotistical people and often can’t see what is passing before our eyes. We see what we want to see and feel how we want to feel and pretty much do what we want to do. And if things aren’t going well, we love to complain about our lives.

We will push our systems to the limit by eating a crappy diet, not drink enough water or simply not get enough rest but when we get sick or feel like crap over our broken down body we start looking for someone to blame. You pushed your body and now your body is pushing you. Off to the drug store! But they don’t sell fix my mood, or lift this depression pills over the counter, you need a doctor for those.

The same things that will make you sick physically will also make you sick mentally and while we will try to manage physical symptoms we never think about dealing with the mental mess. My Dad had chronic stomach pain, and digestive issues, nearly every year I lived with him, he also had a terrible anger management problem. He was angry all the time. He thought it was because the entire world was made up of idiots that had to be yelled at to do a good job. It never occurred to him, his mother or his wife, that his chronic stomach issues, that he constantly complained about, were related to his constant and steady anger.

Or think about the many stories there are of women caught in the madness of “the change” as it use to be called. Think of hormonal imbalances in women who have no idea what a hormonal imbalance is, most think she is crazy because one minute she is up and the next she is down. Really how many people have been heavily medicated over issues that were related to something else. Our bodies are like machines that have certain maintenance requirements for steady service. And a breakdown in one system can be related to a problem in a different system.

When we do not take car care of the car the car will break down on us, if we don’t take care of the body it will not take care of us. Right now, can you take in a deep breath without coughing? Can you bend and reach your toes? Can you stand on one foot easily? Are you in charge of your mind, or do obsessive thoughts plague you? Do you have pain? Everything that you think you are “dealing” with is something that will simply grow into a bigger problem if the underlying issue is not being tended to. The body is hardcore like that. It will give you what you ask for until the day it can’t and on that day you won’t just be changing the battery!

These bodies were given to us. You woke up one day and looked in the mirror and there you were, but you came from somewhere and when you leave you will be going somewhere, obviously something is in charge of this game called life. We are players on the planet just as the animals. We are under a constant threat of natural disasters, and radical environmental changes, just like the animals. But as humans we were given the thinking brain that was to go above and beyond the instinct brain to the active participation of life brain, rolling with the changes rather than rolled over by them. Figuring out what works and what doesn’t.

Why are we constantly recreating the wheel? Or better yet when did people start thinking they could get away with stuff?

Our body is the vessel we are playing the game of life in and we are in charge of taking care of it. As players of the game we learn the rules and try to stay alive but as in any game there is an entire underworld at play trying to throw us off our game and take over our lives. When we are not consciously in charge of ourselves there is another power(your subconscious animal self) that will take over and do your job. To win at life is to stay as conscious as you can, as much as you can, through the entire day, week, month, year, consciousness is the goal.

From a place of consciousness comes the connection to that that is more than the small nature of the minds of men.It is the creative current that sustains life. As humans it is time to redefine what it is to live a successful life.

Everyday is another change to start again.

Dealing with days after death

Unknown

Time is the only thing that moves the sting of death. The further one is from the date of the tragedy the further the remembrance of the impact the tragedy produced. We as humans are asked to go through many challenging events, death is but one of them.

We are often tested by virtue of circumstances like war separating the men from the boys and girls from the women. Other times its something that happen’s hitting us close to home. A death or great tragedy in a family brings out the survivor, the victim, the teacher, and the follower. It will bring out the worst in us or the best in us but most of us need the tragedy to turn on the hero or see the tyrant within us. Tragedies are meant to stir this teaching that we are greater than the small-mindedness of our beliefs and we have the chance to grow and change everyday and sometimes we will be pushed.

The days after a great loss or death are filled with the sorrow of those around us. We come together to share memories and stories and sometimes a shoulder to help bear hearing the story again under hushed whispers. These are important days and must be shared with reverence but the real work of loss is found in the days when others can return to a “normal” life and you cannot. They go back to a before and you are now stuck in the after.

The empty days after the tragedy are fraught with too much time for thinking and rethinking, finger-pointing and guilty flag waving. And some must be expected as our human emotions left unleashed do unleash the torrent of sadness and anger left behind but not played out. Why did you do that to us?, we are left to ask, no one…

Faith is tested and we need to help stand next to the wobbly, next to those God is testing the most. Do not so easily walk away from someone who has experienced a tragedy. They may be strong in your eyes but behind closed doors we are all human. We are meant to learn all the hard lessons God thrusts onto us whether we want to or not. It is through community a person can gather the strength of remembering what is forgotten in the darkness of disbelief and despair. Being a spiritual warrior is to be present when someone needs you, not when its convenient for you.

Be true to your sister or brother who has experienced a tragedy and be like a mighty oak unwavering in your support. Though we will never know the mind of a God who allows us to be penetrated by the greatest of tragedies we can have solace in knowing there is no love without sacrifice.

If our hearts are involved in the pain of the teaching, or the lesson we are surrounded in then you can guarantee God’s hand in it. There is no sacrifice without love, if it is happening to you it does prove God’s love. We, in our finite understanding of love will sacrifice for our loved ones so how much greater is the sacrifice made by the creator of the universe for us. The more you hold to the teaching that you cannot know God at all if you do not see God in all makes every experience part of the all of God. Everything comes from the all. Everything seeks to return to the all.

Some just chose to leave way to soon…
